产教融合协同创新高职立体化实践教学体系研究

Research on Three-dimensional Practical Teaching System of Higher Vocational Education under Integration,Collaboration and Innovation of Production and Education

深化产教融合是加速现代职业教育改革的必由之路,产教融合协同创新需要人才培养模式的再深化,实践教学体系再重构。通过三全育人思想构建立体化实践教学体系框架,该体系以实践教学方式、内容、职业能力为三维指标,遵循实践教学体系管理机制,以期全面提高人才培养质量,满足我国经济高质量发展的人才需求。

Deepening the integration of production and education is the only way to accelerate the reform of modern vocational education.The integration,collaboration and innovation of production and education requires the deepening of the talent training model and the reconstruction of the practical teaching system.Therefore,in this paper,we constructed the three-dimensional practical teaching system framework through the"three-overall"education concept,which takes practical teaching methods,content,and professional ability as threedimensional indicators.Following the management mechanism of the practical teaching system,we hope to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training and satisfy the needs of talent cultivation for the high-quality economic development of China.
