摘要
为满足2-PH装置对C4原料含水量的限制,对其上游MTBE装置的醚后C4进行脱水设计。通过对各脱水方案进行比较,最终流程采用"冷冻机+聚结器+分子筛"的方式,可以将C4的含水量由1 800×10^-6降低至10×10^-6。经装置实际运行检验,采用此方式进行C4脱水是可行有效的。
In order to meet the restriction upon water content of C4 raw material in 2-propylheptanol( 2-PH) plant,a design is done for the dehydration of post-esterification C4 fractions in MTBE plant. Through the comparison of various dehydration schemes,final process adopts the way of"freezer + coalescer + molecular sieve",which can reduce the water content in C4 feedstock from 1,800 ppm to 10 ppm. It is verified through actual operation that this process is feasible and effective.
