摘要
某硫酸厂区输酸管路发生了管架断裂失效,严重影响了管路的正常功能。针对该问题,采用ANSYS有限元软件对失效管路进行分析,建立了局部管路的三维模型,在原始结构的基础上,通过调整管架布置以及管架连接方式,降低管路中危险管架的应力值,获得能够有效解决该管路管架失效问题的最佳方案。
The failure of the pipe rack of the acid transmission pipeline in a sulfuric acid plant seriously affects the normal function of the pipeline.Aiming at this problem,the finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the failure pipeline,and a three-dimensional model of local pipeline is established.On the basis of the original structure,the stress value of the dangerous pipe rack in the pipeline is reduced by adjusting the pipe rack layout and the pipe rack connection mode,and the best scheme to effectively solve the failure problem of the pipe rack in the pipeline is obtained.
