摘要
本文主要分析控制阀采用金属波纹管密封形式的应用场景,介绍金属波纹管的类型和主要性能概念,并以国内某多晶硅企业工程中的应用为案例,对波纹管控制阀在工程中的使用效果进行了总结。
This paper mainly analyzes the application of the control valve in the form of metal bellows seal,introduces the types and main performance concepts of metal bellows,and summarizes the application effect of bellows control valve in the project based on the application of a polysilicon enterprise project.
