摘要 分析了SCR连铸连轧铜杆生产线竖炉系统的使用现状,剖析了其故障产生的原因及危害,提出了炉砖龟裂、剥落、掉砖、炉龄短等问题的优化改进方案,成功地解决了制约生产的技术"瓶颈",竖炉熔铜速率高、故障率低、炉龄长,完全能满足安全生产的需求。 Analysis of the SCR continuous casting and rolling of copper rod production line shaft furnace system the use of the status quo,analyses the fault reasons and harm,it put forward the furnace brick cracking,peeling,brick,furnace life short problems such as optimization improvement program,it successfully solves the"bottleneck"of restricting the production,the shaft furnace molten copper rate is high,low fault rate and long campaign life,it can completely meet the needs of safe production.
