修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床评论价值

Clinical Review Value of Corrective Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for the Treatment of Recurrent Chronic Rhinosinusitis

目的研究修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法该次方便选取2017年2月-2019年10月收治的70例复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组35例实施常规保守治疗,观察组35例采用修正性鼻内镜手术治疗。将两组的临床症状评分、鼻腔气道阻力、嗅觉功能评分、临床效果、并发症发生率进行比对。结果观察组患者治疗后的临床症状评分(5.98±1.34)分、鼻腔气道阻力(1.19±0.16)k Pa/(s·L)均低于对照组,治疗后的嗅觉功能评分(4.61±0.75)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.679、21.526、7.416,P<0.05);观察组患者的临床总有效率(91.43%)高于对照组(65.71%),并发症发生率(5.71%)低于对照组(75.71%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.873、5.285,P=0.009、0.022)。结论对复发性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者采用修正性鼻内镜手术治疗安全有效,有助于临床症状、嗅觉功能的改善,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of modified endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of recurrent chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods This study conveniently selected 70 patients with recurrent chronic rhinosinusitis who were admitted from February 2017 to October 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group 35 received conventional conservative treatment,and the observation group of 35 cases were treated with modified endoscopic sinus surgery.The clinical symptom score,nasal airway resistance,olfactory function score,clinical effect,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptom score(5.98±1.34)points and nasal airway resistance(1.19±0.16)k Pa/(s·L)of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the olfactory function score(4.61±0.75)points after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.679,21.526,7.416,P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate(91.43)%of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(65.71%),and the complication rate(5.71)%lower than the control group(25.71%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.873,5.285,P=0.009,0.022).Conclusion Corrective endoscopic sinus surgery is safe and effective for patients with recurrent chronic rhinosinusitis.It is helpful to improve clinical symptoms and olfactory function,and has high clinical application value.
