布地奈德雾化吸入治疗联合复方异丙托溴铵对支原体肺炎患儿的应用价值

Application Value of Budesonide Nebulized Inhalation Therapy Combined with Compound Ipratropium Bromide in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的探究支原体肺炎患儿采用异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗应用价值。方法将该院2018年12月-2019年12月间收治的支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,以随机抽样的方法,从中选取60例患儿,将其按照入院先后时间顺序分成对照组、观察组,每组30例。对照组支原体肺炎患儿给予常规治疗,观察组支原体肺炎患儿采取布地奈德雾化吸入联合复方异丙托溴铵进行治疗。观察对比两组患儿临床症状消失时间、临床疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组支原体肺炎患儿临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,组间数据对比结果显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿临床疗效为93.33%明显高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.320,P<0.05)。另外,观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为10.00%,小于对照组13.33%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.721,P>0.05)。结论支原体肺炎患儿采取异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗能够取得令人满意的成效。

Objective To explore the application value of ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide nebulization inhalation in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods The children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object.A random sampling method was used to select 60 children from the group and divide them into control group and observation group in the order of admission,a group of 30 cases.Children with mycoplasma pneumonia in the control group were given conventional treatment,and children in the observation group with mycoplasma pneumonia were treated with budesonide nebulized inhalation combined with compound ipratropium bromide.Observe and compare the clinical symptoms disappearance time,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The disappearance of clinical symptoms of children with mycoplasma pneumonia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The results of data comparison between the groups showed statistically significantly difference(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of children in the observation group was 93.33%significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.320,P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%,which was less than13.33%in the control group.The difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.721,P>0.05).Conclusion Ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide nebulized inhalation therapy can achieve satisfactory results in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.
