复合保温护理在减少胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者术后寒战发生及降低术后并发症中的作用

The Role of Compound Insulation Nursing in Reducing the Occurrence of Postoperative Chills and Reducing Postoperative Complications in Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopic Lobectomy

目的研究胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者采用复合保温护理的临床价值。方法研究时段2018年7月-2019年7月,研究对象为方便选取该院收治的80例胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者,采纳"随机数字表法"随机分观察组(复合保温护理)与对照组(常规护理),各40例,两组不同时间核心体温、并发症及寒战发生率比较。结果T0时间两组核心体温差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组T1、T2、T3、T4时间的核心体温均高(P<0.05);观察组寒战发生率(15.00%)低于对照组(35.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.267,P=0.039);观察组并发症率(10.00%)低于对照组(32.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.126,P=0.042<0.05)。结论复合保温护理能维持胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者的核心体温,提高手术效果。

Objective To study the clinical value of combined heat preservation nursing for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods Study period from July 2018 to July 2019,convenient select the research object was the80 patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy in the hospital,using the"random number table method"to randomly divide the observation group(composite insulation care)and the control group(routine care),40 cases each,comparison of core body temperature,complication and incidence of chills at different times between the two groups.Results The core body temperature of the two groups at T0 time was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the core body temperature of the observation group was higher at T1,T2,T3 and T4;the incidence of chills in the observation group(15.00%)was lower than the control group(35.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.267,P=0.039);the observation group’s complication rate(10.00%)was lower than the control group(32.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.126,P=0.042<0.05).Conclusion Compound thermal nursing can maintain the core body temperature of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy and improve the surgical effect.
