结肠镜检查患者肠道准备无效的原因分析及护理对策

Cause Analysis and Nursing Countermeasures of Ineffective Bowel Preparation for Colonoscopy Patients

目的分析研究结肠镜检查患者肠道准备无效的原因,结合实际情况,提出针对性的处理对策。方法随机选取2019年1-11月来该科进行结肠镜检查的住院患者122例,利用一般资料调查表,对患者一般资料包括年龄、饮食情况等进行对比分析。然后对患者进行后续的肠道准备,并将可能对患者肠道准备产生影响的因素进行分析,总结得出为结肠镜检查患者肠道准备无效的原因,结合具体原因,提出相应的护理对策。结果在该次实验中,122例患者中,结肠镜检查前患者肠道准备1级43例,2级54例,3级17例,4级8例,准备无效率为25(20.49%),准备有效率为97(79.51%)。其中3级17例患者在进行结肠灌洗后,进行结肠镜检查。4级8例患者由于肠道内部存在大量成型粪便,因此无法进行结肠检查,需要再次进行肠道准备。在25例肠道准备无效患者中,患者自身疾病因素5例,占全部肠道准备无效患者的20.00%。饮食不当12例,占全部肠道准备无效患者的48.00%.不遵医嘱用药8例,占全部肠道准备无效患者的32.00%。结论结肠镜检查患者肠道准备无效主要是由于多方面原因的影响,因此在日常进行护理的时候,需要根据具体的设计情况,采取针对性的干预管理措施,确保患者自身影响因素的合理控制,逐步提高结肠镜检查肠道准备有效率。

Objective To analyze and study the reasons for the ineffective bowel preparation of colonoscopy patients,and to put forward specific countermeasures based on the actual situation.Methods Randomly select 122 hospitalized patients who came to the department for colonoscopy from January to November 2019.Using the general information questionnaire,the general information of the patients including age,diet,etc.were compared and analyzed.Then perform follow-up bowel preparation for the patient,analyze the factors that may affect the patient’s bowel preparation,summarize the reasons for the ineffective bowel preparation for colonoscopy patients,and propose corresponding nursing countermeasures in combination with specific reasons.Results In this experiment,among 122 patients,43 cases of bowel preparation before colonoscopy,54 cases of grade 2,17 cases of grade 3,8 cases of grade 4,the preparation invalid rate was 25(20.49%),the effective rate of preparation was 97(79.51%).17 patients with grade 3 underwent colonoscopy after colon lavage.In 8 patients of grade 4,there was a large amount of molded stool in the intestine,so colon examination cannot be performed,and intestinal preparation was required again.Among the 25 patients with ineffective bowel preparation,5 patients had their own disease factors,accounting for 20.00%of all patients with ineffective bowel preparation.12 cases of improper diet,accounting for48.00%of all patients with ineffective bowel preparations.8 cases of non-compliance with the doctor’s prescription,accounting for 32.00%of all patients with ineffective bowel preparations.Conclusion The ineffective bowel preparation of colonoscopy patients is mainly due to the influence of many factors.Therefore,in the daily nursing,it is necessary to take targeted intervention management measures according to the specific design situation to ensure the reasonable control of the patient’s own factors,and gradually improve the efficiency of bowel preparation for colonoscopy.
