端粒长度与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的相关性研究进展

Research progress of correlation between telomere lengthand obstructive sleep apnea

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)的特点是睡眠时反复上气道塌陷导致呼吸暂停和(或)低通气,引起间歇缺氧和睡眠结构紊乱,可导致心脑肺血管并发症乃至多脏器损害。端粒是位于真核染色体末端的复杂DNA-蛋白质结构,其长度缩短被认为是细胞衰老的标志,与慢性疾病的风险和病死率相关。近年来发现OSA可能通过间歇低氧、睡眠片段化及睡眠结构紊乱等机制引起端粒磨损,促进细胞衰老从而导致相关疾病发生发展。
