摘要
济南市济泺路穿黄隧道是目前在建的国内直径最大的公铁合建隧道之一,也是世界上超大直径盾构隧道第一次穿越地上悬河的水下隧道。该工程具有盾构开挖断面大、掘进距离长、浅覆土、水压高、工作井基坑深、周边建构筑物保护以及环保要求高等特点。结合工程建设环境、隧道修建安全与风险等因素,对隧道平纵断面及横断面设计、隧道结构选型、环境风险控制与施工组织等总体设计方案进行分析研究,最终确定适合于黄河中下游、技术经济合理可行的超大直径盾构隧道工程设计方案。通过介绍济泺路穿黄隧道的设计思路以及工程特点,供类似工程设计参考与借鉴。
The Yellow River Tunnel located on Jiluo Road in Jinan is one of the largest road-rail joint tunnels which are currently constructed in China.It is the first super-large-diameter shield tunnel to cross over the river suspended above ground in the world.The project had some characteristics,such as large shield excavation section,long excavation distance,shallow overburden,high water pressure,deep working shaft foundation pit,and high protection requirements for surrounding structures.Based on engineering construction environment and construction risks,the overall design plan of the Yellow River Tunnel was analyzed,which included engineering horizontal and vertical section design,cross section layout,environmental risk controlling,tunnel structure and construction organization.The design schemes of superlargediameter shield tunnel suitable for the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River were determined.The design ideas and engineering features of the tunnel across the Yellow River on Jiluo Road in Jinan city was introduced,which provided reference for similar engineering design.
