G-CSF在子宫内膜发育不良治疗中的应用 被引量:1

Application of G-CSF in the treatment of endometrial dysplasia

摘要 目的探讨宫腔灌注粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)对子宫内膜发育不良患者的疗效。方法选择2017年2月~2017年12月于潍坊医学院生殖医院行冻融胚胎移植(F-ET)且子宫内膜发育不良的不孕症患者共160例,79例患者在诊断为子宫内膜发育不良当日给予宫腔内注射200μg(1.2ml)G-CSF作为G-CSF组,81例患者应用常规雌激素联合阿司匹林治疗作为对照组。结果 G-CSF组患者的子宫内膜厚度与对照组患者相比增加,差异有显著性(P<0.001),移植后G-CSF组胚胎种植率相比于对照组也显著升高,差异有显著性(P=0.004)。结论 G-CSF宫腔灌注治疗对促进子宫内膜发育不良患者内膜增厚及提升胚胎种植率存在积极意义。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) intrauterine perfusion in patients with endometrial dysplasia.Methods Among 160 infertility patients with endometrial dysplasia(≤7 mm) undergoing frozen embryo transfer(FET) at the Reproductive Hospital of Weifang Medical University from February 2017 to December 2017,on the day of diagnosis of endometrial dysplasia,79 patients with their circles were received the uterine cavity injection of 200μg(1.2 ml) G-CSF as a G-CSF group and the other 81 patients treated with conventional estrogen and aspirin were defined as a control group.Results The endometrial thickness of patients in the G-CSF group increased compared with the controled group,the difference was significant(P<0.001).Moreover,the rate of embryo implantation in G-CSF group after treatment was also significantly increased compared with the control group,the results were statistically significant(P=0.004).Conclusion G-CSF intrauterine perfusion therapy has positive significance for promoting endometrial dysplasia thickening and increasing embryo implantation rate in patients with endometrial dysplasia.
