血清中Ang-1,Ang-2,VEGF与胎儿生长受限的相关性分析 被引量:3

The relationship between serum angiogenin-1, angiogenin-2,vascular endothelial growth factor and fetal growth restriction

摘要 目的研究血清中促血管生成素-1(Ang-1)、促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与胎儿生长受限发病的关系。方法将研究对象分为胎儿生长受限组(FGR组)和正常妊娠组(对照组),分别检测外周血及脐血血清中Ang-1,Ang-2,VEGF的浓度,并对新生儿体重及胎盘重量进行测量,探讨血清中Ang-1,Ang-2,VEGF水平的变化与新生儿体重及胎盘重量的相关性。结果 (1)FGR组孕妇血清中Ang-1的浓度高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)FGR组孕妇血清中Ang-2、VEGR的浓度均低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(3)血清中Ang-1浓度与新生儿体重及胎盘重量呈负相关;Ang-2,VEGF浓度与新生儿体重及胎盘重量呈正相关。结论血清中Ang-1,Ang-2,VEGF的水平与胎儿生长受限的发病密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum angiogenin-1(Ang-1),angiogenin-2(Ang-2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and fetal growth restriction.Methods The patients were divided into fetal growth restriction group(FGR group) and normal pregnancy group(control group) according to newborn baby weight and placental weight.The expression of Ang-1,Ang-2 and VEGF in peripheral blood serum and umbilical blood serum were measured by Elisa.The relationship between the changes of serum Ang-1,Ang-2,VEGF levels and neonatal weight and placental weight was investigated.Results The expression of Ang-1 in the FGR group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The expression Ang-2 and VEGR in the FGR group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Ang-1 expression was negatively correlated with neonatal weight and placental weight.Ang-2 and VEGF expression were positively correlated with neonatal weight and placental weight.Conclusion This paper identifies that the expression of Ang-1,Ang-2 and VEGF in peripheral blood serum and umbilical blood serum has a closely relationship with fetal growth restriction.
