摘要
为加强闭式液压系统方面的实验教学,让学生了解和掌握闭式液压系统起升机构的重物二次起升特性,搭建了该闭式液压实验平台。针对二次起升存在的重物下滑问题,采用了制动器压力记忆控制算法。通过AMESim建模仿真与实验测试,验证该控制算法的有效性。该平台已应用于闭式液压系统实验教学中,取得了良好的教学效果。
In order to strengthen practical ability of students and master theoretical knowledge,the closed hydraulic experimental platform is built.The pressure memory control method of brake is adopted for the weight drop problem of the second hoisting.The effectiveness of the control method is verified by AMESim simulation and experimental testing.This experimental platform is already applied in the teaching,and obtains teaching efficiency.
