摘要
提高高校仪器设备的利用效率,发挥资源效能,更好地服务教学、科研活动,是高校资产管理面临的重要问题。基于高校联盟组织,从仪器设备的购买、管理维护和报废清理3个方面构建用于仪器设备资源共享的平台,提出了建立共享平台仪器设备绩效考核制度、开发移动客户端共享平台App、建立内部收费流转制度、寻求财务政策支持等保障共享平台有效运转的建议。
It is an important issue for asset management in colleges and universities to improve the utilization efficiency of instruments and equipment,bring resources into play,and better serve teaching and scientific research activities.Based on the loose alliance of colleges and universities,this paper constructs a platform for instrument and equipment resource sharing from three aspects of instrument and equipment purchase,management and maintenance,and scrap cleaning,and puts forward Suggestions such as establishing instrument and equipment performance assessment system,developing mobile client sharing platform APP,establishing internal charge circulation system,and seeking financial policy support to ensure the effective operation of the sharing platform.
