摘要
学分制是一种国际通用的教学管理和运行制度,近十多年来,国内很多本科院校均不同程度地开展了学分制探索。地方本科院校由于受到资源条件等方面的制约,实施学分制改革的效果并不理想。大理大学在建立学分制基本制度的基础上,通过组建学生中心、教师中心和课程中心,完善评价、激励和约束机制,紧紧抓住专业、课程、教师和学生四个要素的变革,实现“学生忙起来、教师强起来、课程精起来、专业优起来”目标,促进管理严起来、效果实起来、校风好起来,推动教育综合改革取得实效。
The credit system is an internationally accepted teaching management and operation system.In the past decade,many domestic undergraduate colleges and universities have carried out explorations on the credit system.However,due to limited resources,no satisfactory results have been achieved in local colleges and universities.On the basis of a basic credit system,Dali University has established a student-centered,teacher-centered and curriculum-centered system with perfected evaluation,incentive and restraint mechanisms.It has successfully realized the reform from the perspectives of major,course,teacher and student,that is,"getting the students busy,helping the teachers grow,making the courses excellent and keeping the majors optimized"to promote stricter management,more effective results,and better school spirit,and to achieve practical results of the reform.
