国际化程度对企业绩效影响的实证研究——基于环境动态性的视角

Empirical Research on the Impacts of Internationalization Degree on Enterprise Performance

基于103家跨国企业的问卷调查数据,运用多元回归探讨环境动态性在国际化程度和企业绩效关系中的调节效应。研究结果表明:国际化程度的两个维度(深度和广度)中仅有深度与企业绩效表现出明显的正相关关系,且深度与企业绩效的盈利能力、成长能力、营运能力以及偿债能力四个维度均表现出明显的正相关关系,其中国际化深度与成长能力相关程度最大。同时环境动态性也仅在国际化深度与企业绩效关系中起到调节作用。

Based on the questionnaire survey data of 103 multinational enterprises in Anhui Province,the adjustment effects of environmental dynamics in the relationship between the degree of internationalization and enterprise performance are analyzed by a multiple regression.The results show that in the two dimensions of the degree of internationalization(depth and breadth),there is only a positive correlation between depth and enterprise performance.The depth is positively correlated with the four dimensions of enterprise performance,i.e.profitability,growth ability,operating ability and solvency,and it has the greatest correlation with growth ability.In the meantime,environmental dynamism plays a moderating role in the relationship between internationalization depth and enterprise performance.
