摘要 为探讨烘干温度对金银花干基含水率、干燥速率和水分比等干燥特性及产品色泽的影响,采用自制的金银花干燥特性测试仪,对金银花进行烘干干燥实验研究.在金银花烘干干燥过程中,提高烘干温度能够在金银花组织结构中促进水分扩散,缩短干燥时间,提高干燥速率,但随着烘干温度的升高,金银花的色泽有呈下降的趋势.实验结果表明:当烘干温度为80℃时,可以在实现较快干燥速度的同时获得良好的产品色泽. In order to explore the influence of drying temperature on drying characteristics such as moisture content,drying rate and water ratio of dry basis and color of honeysuckle,a self-made tester for drying characteristics of honeysuckle was used for drying experiment.In the drying process of honeysuckle,increasing the drying temperature can promote water diffusion in the tissue structure of honeysuckle,shorten the drying time and increase the drying rate.However,with the increase of the drying temperature,the color of honeysuckle tends to decline.The experimental results show that when the drying temperature is 80℃,it can achieve a faster drying rate and obtain a good product color.
