疖肿型皮肤蝇蛆病

A case report of furuncular cutaneous myiasis

报告1例疖肿型皮肤蝇蛆病。患者男,因全身多处红色结节伴痒痛感10天就诊,体格检查显示结节开口处有虫体。结节处皮损组织病理检查:表皮灶性糜烂坏死,真皮及皮下脂肪内多量急慢性炎性细胞浸润,其中嗜酸性粒细胞浸润明显。予手术完整取出虫体后皮损逐渐好转。最终诊断为疖肿型皮肤蝇蛆病。

A man presented in the dermatology clinic with pruritic erythematous nodules on the trunk for 10 days. Physical exami nation revealed worms in the opening of nodules. Histopathological examination of the lesions at the nodule showed focal erosion and necrosis in epidermis, infiltration of inflammatory cells in dermis and subcutaneous fat layer, and eosinophil infiltration was obvious. The patient’s skin plaques remitted after surgical removal of worms. The diagnosis of furuncular cutaneous myiasis was made.
