“地缘人口”理论探析——兼论我国西部边疆地区“地缘人口”战略

A Study of the Geo-Population Theory in the Perspective of the Geo-Population Strategy of the Frontier Region of Western China

文章基于地缘关系在人口空间分析上的理论价值,以及人口的地缘关系在西部陆地边疆对外开发开放战略上的实践意义,提出了地缘人口概念,阐述了这一概念的内涵,并由此展开了对地缘人口理论的探索性分析;解释了地缘人口在我国空间战略中重要意义,特别是打破西部边疆地区传统地缘劣势和不利边界效应,实现西部自主空间发展的战略意义;阐释了“一带一路”与西部地缘人口和新型空间人口建构的密切关系,得出了建构对外开发开放的西部边疆地区自主空间发展和全新空间发展格局的分析结论。

Based on the theoretical value of geographic relations in the analysis of population space,and the practical significance of geographic relations of population in the development and opening-up strategy of the western borderlands of China,this paper puts forward the concept of geographic population,expounds its connotations,carries out an exploratory analysis of the geo-population theory,explains the importance of geo-population in China's spatial strategy,especially the strategic significance of getting rid of the traditional geographic disadvantages and unfavorable border effects of the western borderlands of China and of realizing the desirable independent spatial development.The close relationship between“One Belt&Road”Initiative and the construction of the western geo-population and a brand-new spatial population has led to the analytical conclusions and theoretical thinking about the construction of independent spatial development and a new spatial development pattern in the western borderlands of China opening to the outside world.
