高分子微球在口服递药系统中的研究进展

摘要 高分子微球作为药物载体已被广泛应用于口服递药系统中,其可实现保护药物稳定性、缓释药物、增强免疫及提高药物吸收等目的。制备微球所使用的高分子材料可来源于天然物质,如纤维素、多糖以及蛋白质等;也可来源于合成高分子物质,如聚己内酯、聚乳酸等。对微球在口服递药中的作用以及口服微球种类进行综述,为口服微球的深入研究及开发提供参考。 As a drug carrier,polymer microspheres have been widely used in oral drug delivery systems,which can achieve the purposes of protecting drug stability,slowing drug release,enhancing immunity,and improving drug absorption.The polymer materials used in the preparation of microspheres can be derived from natural substances,such as cellulose,polysaccharides,and proteins.These materials can also be derived from synthetic polymer substances,such as polycaprolactone and polylactic acid.In this paper,the role of microspheres in oral drug delivery and the types of oral microspheres were reviewed to provide references for in-depth research and development of oral microspheres.
