农业产业化中农企利益联结机制研究——以河南省为例

Research on Interest Linkage Mechanism of Farmers and Agricultural Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization——Taking Henan Province for Example

农户和农业企业构成了农业产业整个链条中最为重要的力量,二者既相互联系又有各自追求的利益目标,合理的农企利益联结是农业产业化经营的核心内容。以农业大省河南的农企利益联结为例进行分析,发现在农业产业中,农企利益联结机制依然存在利益分配机制有失公平,利益约束机制缺乏,利益保障机制建设不够等问题,需要从健全利益共享机制,完善诚信建设长效机制,强化利益保障机制等方面完善农企利益联结机制,进而推进农业产业化的最终实现。

Farmers and agricultural enterprises constitute the most important forces in the whole chain of agricultural industry.They are interrelated with each other and have their own interest goals to pursue.Reasonable interest linkage between farmers and agricultural enterprises is the core content of agricultural industrialization management.Taking Henan province,a big agricultural province,as an example to analyze interest linkage between farmers and agricultural enterprises,it is found that in the agricultural industry,there are such problems as unfair interest distribution mechanism,lacking interest constraint mechanism,insufficient interest protection mechanism construction.Therefore,it is necessary to perfect interest linkage mechanism between farmers and agricultural enterprises from such aspects as improving interest sharing mechanism,perfecting long-term mechanism of good faith construction,strengthening interest protection mechanism,so as to promote final realization of agricultural industrialization.
