Status Analysis and Countermeasures of Cultivating High-Quality Farmers in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,政府非常重视高素质农民高职培养工作。从培养现状上看,高素质农民学历培养前景广阔,高职院校特色鲜明,但在教学针对性上、教学方式方法上以及教学超前性上还存在诸多问题,需要进一步强化高职院校特色,提高教师素质,改革与创新人才培养模式,改革课程教学内容与方法,提升课堂效率,注重教育的超前性。

In recent years,the government attaches great importance to the cultivation of highquality farmers in higher vocational colleges.In terms of the cultivation status,the prospect of high-quality farmers'academic cultivation is broad.The characteristics of higher vocational colleges are distinct,but there are still many problems in teaching pertinence,teaching methods and teaching advancement.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,improve the quality of teachers,reform and innovate the talent cultivation model,reform teaching contents and methods,improve classroom efficiency,and pay attention to the advancement of education.
