摘要
探索影响应用型本科IT类大学生职业能力(ITVA)的影响因素,构建一个适合的ITVA模型,实现对IT类学生职业能力评价是非常有意义的。通过分析IT类大学生职业特点,设计了由99个题项组成的原始问卷,对沈阳师范大学和沈阳工程学院类IT专业学生进行2次施测和探索性分析后,形成由25个题项构成的IT类大学生职业能力测评正式量表。利用该量表对沈阳师范大学4个IT类专业,4个年级学生进行调查,回收1114个样本数据。运用SPSS和AMOS软件,对题项进行了因子分析、信效度检验和AMOS验证性因子分析,确定了一种理论合理、简单实用、包含4个因子的ITVA结构方程模型,其4个因子分别命名为:解决问题能力因子、时间规划能力因子、创新学习能力因子和沟通合作能力因子。经实验验证ITVA是一个比较理想的测量工具。
In order to explore the influencing factors of IT college students'vocational ability(ITVA)in applied undergraduate,it is very meaningful to construct a suitable ITVA model and realize the evaluation.By analyzing the career characteristics of IT students,we designed an original questionnaire consisting of 99 items,and conducted a survey and exploratory analysis on IT students of Shenyang Normal University and Shenyang Institute of Engineering;the scale of ITVA was measured by 25 items.The scale was used to survey four IT majors and four grade students in Shenyang Normal University,and 1114 samples were collected.Using the software of SPSS and Amos,factor analysis,reliability and validity test and Amos confirmatory factor analysis were carried out,and a reasonable,simple and practical ITVA structural equation model including 4 factors was established,the four factors are named as:problem-solving ability factor,time planning ability factor,innovative learning ability factor and communication and cooperation ability factor.Finally,ITVA is proved to be an ideal measuring tool.
