K型套装井架结构建造精度与配合公差分析

摘要 海洋修井机井架结构通常为两节套装结构,在使用维护过程中需要进行起升及伸缩操作,建造精度要求高于其它结构。但井架结构缺少针对性强的产品精度标准,细节性结构规范描述不足。针对现役海洋修井机井架存在的不足进行研究分析,总结了海洋修井机井架总成建造精度实际需求,提出了海洋修井机井架总成建造精度标准,以规范井架总成建造精度标准,提高产品质量。 The derrick structure of the offshore workover rig is usually a two-section set structure,which requires lifting and telescopic operations during use and maintenance,and the construction accuracy requirements are higher than other structures however there is a lack of targeted product accuracy standards,and the description of detailed structure specifications is inadequate.In view of the shortcomings of the existing offshore workover rig derrick assembly system,the actual requirements of the construction accuracy of the offshore workover rig derrick assembly system was studied,the construction accuracy standard of the offshore workover rig derrick assembly system was proposed,the construction accuracy standard of the derrick assembly system products and the product quality were improved.
