摘要
以COD去除率为指标,分别通过单因素实验和响应面实验优化铁碳微电解及其与Fenton联合处理煤化工厂固体废弃物渗滤液的适宜条件。结果表明:在渗滤液pH为3.5、铁碳投加量为706 g/L、曝气时间为67 min和沉降时间为60 min条件下,经铁碳微电解处理的渗滤液的COD去除率为50.7%;在此条件下按体积分数0.15%投加双氧水(30%)的铁碳微电解-Fenton联合处理可使渗滤液的COD去除率达到78.5%。铁碳微电解-Fenton联合处理可作为该煤化工厂固体废弃物渗滤液的预处理方法,为其后续达标处理提供研究基础。
Using the COD removal rate as an indicator,the conditions for iron-carbon micro-electrolysis treatment of solid waste leachate from coal chemical plant were optimized by single factor experiments and response surface experiments,respectively.The results show that the COD removal rate of the leachate reached 50.7%when pH of the leachate is 3.5,the mass concentration of iron-carbon is 706 g/L,aeration time is 67 min and settling time is 60 min.Under the above conditions,when 0.15%(V/V)hydrogen peroxide(30%)is added,the COD removal rate of leachate can reach 78.5%by the combined treatment of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis and Fenton.The combined treatment of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis and Fenton can be used as the pretreatment method of solid waste leachate in the coal chemical plant,which provides a research basis for the subsequent treatment.
