中医药干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道黏液高分泌作用机制研究进展

Review on the mechanism of airway mucus hypersecretion in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医药干预COPD气道黏液高分泌作用机制主要为影响炎性细胞因子、炎性介质,抑制炎症反应,调节相关信号通路,抑制黏蛋白MUC5AC表达。中医药干预COPD气道黏液呈高分泌多途径性、多靶点性的特点,具有较大潜力。但现有研究尚存在一定问题,如研究对象多为肺组织标本,对灌洗液标本研究较少,针对痰液标本的研究较少,需通过进一步的科研设计观察中药及复方制剂对痰液标本的细胞因子、炎性介质、相关信号通路、水通道蛋白等的疗效及具体作用靶点。

The main mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)intervention on airway mucus hypersecretion in COPD is to affect inflammatory cytokines and inflammatory mediators,inhibit inflammatory response,regulate related signal pathways,and inhibit MUC5AC expression.TCM intervention of COPD airway mucus is characterized by high secretion,multi-channel and multi-target,which has great potential.However,there still exist some problems in the current study,such as most of the research objects are lung tissue samples,less research on lavage fluid samples and sputum samples.It is necessary to observe the efficacy and specific targets of TCM and compound preparations on cytokines,inflammatory mediators,related signal pathways,aquaporins,etc in sputum samples through further scientific research design.
