前列腺癌组织中TEM8与VEGF的表达及临床意义 被引量:15

Expression and clinical significance of TEM8 and VEGF in prostate cancer tissues

摘要 目的探讨前列腺癌组织中TEM8与VEGF的表达、两者的相关性及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化MaxVision法检测71例前列腺癌组织和23例前列腺增生组织中TEM8和VEGF蛋白的表达。结果TEM8在前列腺增生组织和前列腺癌组织中的阳性率分别是21.7%和60.6%;VEGF在前列腺增生组织和前列腺癌组织中的阳性率分别是13.0%和59.2%。TEM8和VEGF在前列腺癌组织中的表达高于前列腺增生组织(P<0.05);TEM8和VEGF表达与TNM分期以及骨转移相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、术前PSA水平无关(P>0.05)。此外,TEM8表达与Gleason评分亦相关(P<0.05)。TEM8与VEGF在前列腺癌组织中高表达,尤其在骨转移组中显著高表达。结论TEM8和VEGF可能在前列腺癌进展中发挥作用,两者有望成为前列腺癌治疗的新靶点和预测预后的指标。 Purpose To investigate the expression of TEM8 and VEGF in the tissues of prostate cancer,and to explore the relationship between them and clinical significance.Methods Seventy-one cases of prostate cancer and twenty-three cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected as this study subjects.The protein expression of TEM8 and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemistry of MaxVision assay.Results The positive rates of TEM8 in benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic cancer tissues were 21.7%and 60.6%respectively while the positive rates of VEGF in benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic cancer tissues were 13.0%and 59.2%respectively.The positive rate of TEM8 and VEGF in prostate cancer was higher than those in benign prostatic hyperplasia,the difference between the two groups was signifinant(P<0.05).The expres-sion of TEM8 and VEGF in prostatic cancer tissues was correlated with TNM stage and bone metastasis(P<0.05),but not related to patient age and preoperative PSA figure(P>0.05).In addition,the expression of TEM8 was also related to Gleason score(P<0.05).The elevated expression of TEM8 and VEGF in prostatic cancer,especially in bone metastasis group.There was a positive correlation between the expression of TEM8 and VEGF in prostate cancer.Conclusion TEM8 and VEGF may be associated with progression and metastasis of prostatic cancer,which can be served as a novel molecular target to guide clinical treatment.
