新冠肺炎流行期开展分级分类心理危机干预的思考

Thought about intervention in classified psychological crisis during COVID-19 pandemic period

目的探讨分级分类心理干预原则在新冠肺炎疫情防控中的应用。方法将疫情影响人群分为4级,重点开展第一二级人群心理危机干预、第三级人群心理疏导、第四级人群心理健康教育。结果需依据人群所处级别,适时有效地调整心理干预的侧重点,其中第一级人群应是心理危机干预的重点,再逐级扩展到其他群体。结论目前疫情防控形势虽已取得阶段性重要成果,但建设应急管理中的社会心理服务体系,是提升社会治理能力必须迎接的挑战。

Objective To discuss the application of principle of classified psychological intervention in the prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods The affected population in the pandemic was classified into four levels for developing psychological crisis intervention at the first and second level of people,psychological counseling at the third level,and mental health education at the fourth level.Results The key point of psychological intervention should be timely and effectively adjusted according to the level of the people.And the psychological crisis intervention should be focused on the first level of the people,then extended to other level of the people step by step.Conclusions Despite important achievements of the prevention and control are obtained in the current epidemic stage,the construction of the social psychological service system in emergency management is a challenge for improving the ability of social governance.
