流动注射仪分析法测定生活饮用水中的挥发酚 被引量:4

Determination of volatile phenols in drinking water by flow injection analyzer

摘要 目的建立更高效、安全、便捷的生活饮用水中挥发酚测定方法。方法采用流动注射分析仪测定生活饮用水中挥发酚。结果在0.000~0.100 mg/L线性区间内有良好的线性关系,低、中、高浓度范围的加标回收率为99.9%~113.0%,检出限0.001 6 mg/L。结论本方法具有样品用量少、耗时短、检出限低、测定重现性好、回收率高的特点。 Objective To establish a more efficient,safe and convenient method for determination of volatile phenols in drinking water.Methods The volatile phenols in drinking water was detected by flow injection analyzer.Results There was a good linear relation in the linear range of 0.000-0.100 mg/L.The recovery of standard addition was from 99.9%to 113.0%of low,middle and high concentration.The limit of detection of the method was 0.0016 mg/L.Conclusions Low sample consumption,short time-taking,low detection limit,good reproducibility and high recovery are the characteristics of the method.
