Xi Jinping's New Interpretation of Scientific Connotation of Jinggangshan Spirit

井冈山精神是中国共产党人革命精神的重要源头,是具有原创意义的民族精神。2016年2月,习近平视察井冈山时关于井冈山精神科学内涵的“二十八字”概述,即坚定执着追理想、实事求是闯新路、艰苦奋斗攻难关、依靠群众求胜利,不仅对井冈山精神的科学内涵进行了新凝练,而且还对新时代如何弘扬井冈山精神指明了新路径。井冈山精神跨越时空,具有历史价值与时代价值,新时代要大力弘扬。

Jinggangshan Spirit is an important source of the Revolutionary Spirit of Chinese Communists.It’s a national spirit with original significance.General Secretary Xi Jinping summed up Jinggangshan Spirit with 28 Chinese characters in February 2016 after his visit to Jinggangshan.i.e.To be firm and persistent in the pursuit of ideals;to blaze a new path in seeking truth from facts;To overcome difficulties by working hard;to win victory through relying on the masses.He not only refined the scientific connotation of Jinggangshan Spirit,but also pointed out a new way to carry forward Jinggangshan Spirit in the new era.Jinggangshan spirit spans time and space with its historical and times value,and should be vigorously promoted in the new era.
