摘要 教师专业成长与发展具有层次性,教师生命自觉是最高层次的教师发展境界,教师生命自觉具有自身专业成长发展和学生教育发展两个层次的意蕴。教师生命自觉对于教师的意义和价值在于增强和坚定教师专业成长与发展中的动力与信念、增强和提高教师专业成长与发展中的主体性与创造能力。教师生命自觉要求教师要有思考生命真谛、思考教育本质的自觉,要有尊重生命个体、尊重生命差异的自觉以及要有成长职业生命、成长专业发展的自觉。 Teachers’professional growth and development are hierarchical.Teachers’life consciousness is the highest level of teacher development.Teachers’life consciousness includes two levels connotations,which are professional growth and development,and student education development.The meaning and value of teachers’life consciousness is to strengthen the motivation and belief in the professional growth and development of teachers,and to enhance the subjectivity and creativity of teachers’professional growth and development.Teacher’s life consciousness requires the consciousness of thinking about the true meaning of life and thinking about the nature of education.It must have the consciousness of respecting the individual of life,respecting the difference of life,and the consciousness of having to grow professional life and grow professional development.
