“一带一路”倡议下大学公共英语教学的文化传播功能拓展研究

Extension of Cultural Communication Function of Public English Teaching in Colleges under Initiative of“Belt and Road”

英语作为全球通用性最强的语言,对于促进我国“一带一路”不断发展有着积极的作用。因此,加强高校英语教育教学力度,提升大学生英语掌握能力是非常重要的。但在细观现下的大学公共英语教学后发现,大多学生存在沟通和交际困难,从而使本土文化有效输出的效果不佳,同时也发挥不了大学公共英语教学的文化传播功能。文章对“一带一路”倡议下的大学公共英语教学的文化传播功能拓展的探讨,以希望能够培养出具有过硬英语能力的文化传播人才,做好“一带一路”下文化的有效传播。

English plays a positive role in promoting the continuous development of"Belt and Road"in China.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the education and teaching of English in colleges and universities and improve the English proficiency of college students.However,it is found that a large number of students have difficulties in communication and communication after a detailed survey of the current public English teaching in colleges and universities,which makes the effective output of local culture not good and fails to play its cultural communication function.This paper studies the cultural communication function expansion of public English teaching in universities under the initiative of"Belt and Road",in the hope of cultivating cultural communicators with excellent English ability and doing a good job in the effective communication of culture under"Belt and Road".
