碱减量涤纶的氧化石墨烯功能整理 被引量:7

摘要 采用超声Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),用GO通过“浸渍-还原”法对碱减量涤纶织物进行功能整理,探究GO“浸渍-还原”整理次数对涤纶织物导电性、抗紫外线性能和疏水性的影响,测试了整理效果的耐久性。研究结果表明:GO整理后涤纶的导电性、抗紫外线性能和疏水性等明显提高,且碱减量涤纶的整理效果优于未碱减量涤纶。随着GO“浸渍-还原”整理次数的增加,涤纶的表面电阻逐渐降低,SEM显示涤纶表面沉积的石墨烯片层厚度和均匀性随整理次数增多而增厚变匀。普通涤纶织物经过10次GO“浸渍-还原”整理后UPF达到400;而碱减量涤纶经过1次GO“浸渍-还原”整理后UPF值超过600。普通涤纶和碱减量涤纶织物经1次GO“浸渍-还原”处理后具有拒水性,接触角超过80°,但增加“浸渍-还原”次数对拒水性的影响不大。经过10次洗涤后整理涤纶织物的导电性、抗紫外线性能和拒水性稍有降低,说明耐久性较好。 Graphene oxide(GO)is prepared by ultrasonic Hummers method.GO is used for functional finishing of alkali deweighting of polyester fabric by"dipping-reduction"method.The effects of GO"dip⁃ping-reduction"finishing times on electrical conductivity,anti-UV performance and hydrophobicity of polyester fabric are investigated.Durability and surface morphology of finished polyester are tested.The results show that the electrical conductivity,anti-UV performance and hydrophobicity of the GO fin⁃ished polyester fabric are obviously improved.And the finishing effects of the polyester fabric after alka⁃li deweighting are better than the normal polyester fabric.With the increase of GO finishing times,the surface electrical resistance of polyester decreases gradually.The SEM show that the thickness and uniformity of graphene sheets deposited on the surface of polyester fabric increase with the increasing of finishing times.After 10 times of GO finishing,the UPF of ordinary polyester fabric reaches 400,while the UPF of alkali deweighted polyester fabric exceeded 600 after 1 time of GO finishing.The wa⁃ter repellency of polyester fabric is produced after 1 time of GO treatment,with contact angle exceed⁃ing 80°,but increasing the times of"dipping-reduction"treatment has little effect on water repellency.After 10 times of washing,the electrical conductivity,anti-UV performance and water repellency of the finished polyester fabric decrease slightly,indicating that the GO finished polyester fabric has better durability.
