摘要
通过自制的定量压轧工艺装置,对棉织物依次进行活性染料轧液、预烘、定量压轧固色液,然后进行冷堆固色。结果表明,选择适宜的定量压轧设备,在活性染料轧余率为35%,固色剂轧余率为35%,堆置时间8~24 h的条件下,可实现棉织物少水洗染色及无盐染色。与常规冷轧堆染色工艺相比,新工艺显著提高染料上染率,降低染料和固色剂用量,染品质量达到常规冷轧堆染色工艺的水平,同时实现节约用水。
Through the self-made quantitative padder,the dyeing process of pad-dry-pad-batch of reac⁃tive dyes is discussed.The results show that,by selecting appropriate quantitative padder,under the premise that the pickup of reactive dye is 35%,the pickup of fixing agent is 35%,and batching at room temperature for 8~24 h,the new process can realize low-washing and salt-free dyeing of cotton fabrics.Compared with the traditional cold pad-batch dyeing process,the new process can increase the dye yield and reduce consumptions of dyes and fixing agents.The product quality reach the similar level of conventional dyeing process while water consumption can be reduced.
