摘要
针对电梯整体制动性能,研究一种基于数据-知识混合驱动的监测诊断方法。分析电梯制动性能动静态模型,分析制动性能失效机理,建立失效数据库,确定输入数据;设计基于时间敏感的制动器振动采集系统,开发基于嵌入式智能网关,实现电梯制动性能监测;研究基于数据-知识混合驱动的推理方法,实现可推广的电梯制动性能动态监测及诊断。
Aiming at the braking performance of elevator,a monitoring and diagnosis method based on data-knowledge hybrid drive is studied.The dynamic and static model of elevator braking performance and the failure of braking are analyzed.The failure database is established to determine the input data.The brake vibration acquisition system based on time sensitivity is designed,and the embedded intelligent gateway is developed to take the elevator braking performance monitoring.The reasoning method based on data-knowledge hybrid drive is studied to realize the dynamic monitoring and diagnosis of elevator braking performance.
