摘要
分别选用芳纶/高强聚酯包覆纱、芳纶/高强聚乙烯包覆纱为原材料,基于织物几何结构相原理设计工艺参数,采用平纹组织,制备高强包覆纱篷盖织物。其经纬密度为182根/(10 cm)×181根/(10 cm),孔隙率为19.8%。采用刮刀涂层法使织物表面附着聚氯乙烯涂层,得到高强包覆纱特种篷盖织物,对其撕裂、拉伸、耐磨和阻燃性能进行测试,发现聚氯乙烯涂层有效提升了织物的耐久性。
Aramid/high-strength polyester covered yarn and aramid/high-strength polyethylene covered yarn were used as raw materials,and the process parameters were designed based on the geometric structure phase principle to prepare the high-strength coated yarn canopy fabric with plain weave.The density of longitude and latitude was 182 pieces/(10 cm)×181 pieces/(10 cm),and the porosity was 19.8%.The special fabric with high-strength covered yarn was prepared by scraper coating method with PVC.The tearing strength,tensile strength,abrasion resistance and flame retardant properties of the fabric were tested.It was found that the PVC coating effectively improved the durability of the fabric.
