重大疫情下民族地区高校“课堂革命” 实践困境与优化路径研究

摘要 新型冠状病毒重大疫情突发期间,在“停课不停学”号召下,一场多样化的线上“课堂革命”揭竿而起,迅速席卷全国。重大疫情下,民族地区高校从应对疫情与履行职责、丰富经验与提升技能、转变观念与重构机制出发积极开展了这次线上“课堂革命”行动,但是,实践中也遭遇了教学质量与教育技术、课堂效率与评价模式、课程资源与课程内容等方面的困境。为深入推动民族地区高校“课堂革命”为主战场的教育教学改革,未来需要进一步聚焦四个强化:一是强化顶层设计,价值引领与课堂创新结合;二是强化制度建设,教学管理与师生共治结合;三是强化队伍建设,个体优势与系统优势结合;四是强化资源建设,阶段目标与长期目标结合。 During the outbreak of novel coronavirus,a diversified online class revolution was launched across the country.Under the major epidemic situation,colleges and universities in minority areas actively carried out the online"classroom revolution"action from the aspects of responding to the epidemic situation and performing duties,enriching experience and improving skills,changing concepts and restructuring mechanism.However,in practice,they also encountered difficulties in teaching quality and educational technology,classroom efficiency and evaluation mode,curriculum resources and curriculum content.In order to further promote the"classroom revolution"education and teaching reform in colleges and universities in minority areas,we need to further focus on four aspects in the future:first,strengthening the top-level design and combining value guidance with classroom innovation;second,enahncing the system construction and promoting the combination of teaching management and co-governance between teacher and student;third,emphasizing the team-building,the combination of individual advantage and system advantage;fourth,condesing the resource construction in terms of combining segmental goals with long-term goals.
