OCT联合超广角眼底照相在视网膜色素变性早期诊断的临床应用

Clinical Application of Optical Coherence Tomography Combined with Ultra-wide Field Retinal Imaging in the Early Diagnosis of Patients with Retinitis Pigmentosa

目的:探讨OCT联合超广角眼底照相在视网膜色素变性早期病变的临床意义。方法:分别通过直接检眼镜、超广角眼底照相及OCT联合超广角眼底照相对34例68眼进行眼底检查,回顾性分析不同检查方法对视网膜色素变性的临床价值。结果:直接检眼镜发现眼底病变16眼(23.5%),超广角眼底照相发现眼底病变30眼(44.1%),OCT联合超广角眼底照相发现54眼(79.4%)。超广角眼底照相明显优于直接检眼镜检查(χ^2=6.439,P<0.05),OCT联合超广角眼底照相明显优于直接检眼镜(χ^2=42.507,P<0.001)和超广角眼底照相(χ^2=17.934,P<0.001)。结论:OCT联合超广角眼底照相可以显著提高对视网膜色素变性早期诊断的敏感性。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of optical coherence tomography(OCT)combined with ultra-wide field retinal imaging in the early diagnosis of patients with retinitis pigmentosa.Methods:The examination of 34 patients(68 eyes)with retinitis pigmentosa was performed by ophthalmoscope,ultra-wide field retinal imaging and OCT combined with ultra-wide field retinal imaging respectively,the clinical value of different examination methods were analyzed retrospectively.Results:16 eyes(23.5%)were diagnosed by ophthalmoscope,30 eyes(44.1%)were diagnosed by ultra-wide field retinal imaging and 54 eyes(79.4%)were diagnosed by OCT combined with ultra-wide field retinal imaging.Ultra-wide field retinal imaging was significantly superior to ophthalmoscope(χ^2=6.439,P<0.05),OCT combined with ultra-wide field retinal imaging was significantly superior to ophthalmoscope(χ^2=42.507,P<0.001)and ultra-wide field retinal imaging(χ^2=17.934,P<0.001).Conclusion:OCT combined with ultra-wide field retinal imaging has high sensitivity in the early diagnosis of patients with retinitis pigmentosa.
