摘要
目的:研究1.5T核磁共振技术诊断膝关节损伤的临床效果。方法:选择在本院接受治疗的62例膝关节损伤患者作为本次调研的样本,样本抽取时间为自2018年10月~2019年9月,根据随机数字表的方式,将62例患者分为对照组和实验组,每组各为31例。对照组采用常规方式予以诊断,实验组患者应用1.5T核磁共振技术检查,对比分析两组患者的临床诊断效果。结果:实验组患者确诊的准确率明显较高,对照组与之相比较低,两组数据差异明显,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组患者诊断结果的满意度和对照组相比较高,差异显著(P<0.05),两组差异具有统计学意义。结论:膝关节损伤患者应用1.5T核磁共振技术进行诊断,可以明显提升诊断的准确性,患者的满意度较高。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of 1.5T MRI in the diagnosis of knee joint injuries.Method:62 patients with knee joint injuries who were treated in our hospital were selected as the samples for this survey.The sampling time was from October 2018 to September 2019.The 62 patients were divided into random numbers according to the method of random number table.For the control group and the experimental group,each group has 31 cases.The control group was diagnosed by routine methods,and the patients in the experimental group were examined by 1.5T MRI technology to compare and analyze the clinical diagnosis effect of the two groups.Results:The accuracy rate of diagnosis in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The data difference between the two groups was obvious and statistically different(P<0.05);the satisfaction with the diagnosis results of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,the difference is significant(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups is statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of 1.5T MRI technology for diagnosis of knee joint injury patients can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis,and the patient’s satisfaction is high.
