比较分析疝环充填式无张力疝修补术与腹腔镜疝无张力修补术对腹股沟斜疝治疗作用

The Effect of Hernia Ring Filling Tension-free Hernia Repair and Laparoscopic Tension-free Hernia Repair on Indirect Inguinal Hernia was Compared

目的:对腹股沟斜疝患者分别采取TAPP、Mesh-Plug方案治疗,并分析其治疗作用。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月在本院治疗的44例腹股沟斜疝患者,将其分为两组。对照组22例,采取Mesh-Plug治疗;观察组22例,采取TAPP治疗。结果:观察组患者的出血量明显少于对照组,且恢复活动时间、疼痛持续时间、术后住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的手术时间无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与Mesh-Plug相比,TAPP治疗腹股沟斜疝具有创伤小、恢复快、疼痛轻、并发症少等显著优势。

Objective:TAPP and Mesh-Plug were used to treat patients with indirect inguinal hernia,and their therapeutic effects were analyzed.Methods:44 patients with indirect inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.In the control group,22 patients were treated with Mesh-Plug.In the observation group,22 patients were treated with TAPP.Results:The blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the recovery time,pain duration and postoperative hospitalization time were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Mesh-Plug,TAPP has significant advantages in the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia,such as less trauma,faster recovery,less pain and fewer complications.
