摘要
目的:探讨心肌酶谱应用于新生儿窒息心肌损害的检查效果。方法:研究选择本院于2017年1月~2019年1月收治的新生儿窒息心肌损害29例作为研究组,选择新生儿窒息无心肌损害29例作为观察组,选择健康新生儿29例作为对照组,均取静脉血血清标本测定心肌酶谱指标,包含AST、CK、LDH、α-HBDH、CK-MB,并进行比较。结果:研究组患儿AST、CK、LDH、α-HBDH、CK-MB等心肌酶谱指标高于观察组、对照组,观察组各指标均高于对照组,比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在新生儿窒息心肌损害诊断中采用心肌酶谱检查具有一定的价值,AST、CK、LDH、α-HBDH、CK-MB等指标可鉴别心肌损害发生,研究价值较高。
Objective:To study the effect of myocardial enzyme spectrum on myocardial damage in neonatal asphyxia.Methods:29 cases of neonatal asphyxia myocardial damage from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study group,29 cases of neonatal asphyxia and no myocardial damage were selected as the observation group,and 29 healthy newborns were selected as the control group.The blood serum samples were collected to determine the myocardial enzyme spectrum,including AST,CK,LDH,α-HBDH and CK-MB,and compared.Results:The myocardial zymogram indexes such as AST,CK,LDH,α-HBDH,CKMB in the study group were higher than those in the observation group and the control group.All indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,which was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia,the myocardial enzyme spectrum is used to check the myocardial damage and the value of AST,CK,LDH,α-HBDH and CK-MB can be used to identify the occurrence of myocardial damage and the value of the study is high.
