摘要
目的:对经颅多普勒超声与颅内压监护仪监测的临床效果与使用意义进行分析。方法:选取80例2018年10月~2019年10月在本院接受高血压脑出血手术治疗的患者,将患者平均分为开颅组和钻孔引流组,利用经颅多普勒超声和颅内压监护仪对患者的平均动脉、颅内压、两侧脉动指数进行采集与分析。结果:对于血肿量>50mL的患者而言,开颅术可以提高患者的远期生存质量,与血肿腔钻孔引流术之间有明显差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:开颅术对颅内压力的减轻有重要作用,适用于血肿量超出50mL的高血压脑出血患者。
Objective:The clinical effect and significance of monitoring by transcranial Doppler ultrasound and intracranial pressure monitor were analyzed.Methods:80 patients who received surgical treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into craniotomy group and borehole drainage group on average.The mean artery,intracranial pressure and bilateral pulse index of the patients were collected and analyzed by transcranial Doppler ultrasound and intracranial pressure monitor.Results:For the patients with>50mL of hematoma,craniotomy can improve the long-term quality of life of the patients,and there is a significant difference between the craniotomy and the hematoma cavity drilling and drainage,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:Craniotomy plays an important role in reducing intracranial pressure and is suitable for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage whose hematoma volume exceeds 50mL.
