全程高频电刀在乳腺癌手术中应用效果观察

Application of High Frequency Electric Knife in Breast Cancer Surgery

目的:评估全程高频电刀在乳腺癌手术中的运用价值。方法:将本院于2018年4月~2019年9月收治的119例乳腺癌患者分成对照组、全程组,分别以普通电刀、全程高频电刀行乳腺癌改良根治术。结果:全程组术中出血量、手术时长及住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);全程组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);全程组对手术治疗的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌改良根治术中,全程高频电刀的应用,可减少患者的手术创伤,保障手术治疗安全性。

Objective:To evaluate the application value of high frequency electrotome in breast cancer surgery.Methods:The 119 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were divided into a control group and a full-course group.Modified radical mastectomy was performed with ordinary electrocautery and full-course high-frequency electrocautery,respectively.Results:The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospitalization time in the whole course group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the whole course group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the whole course group to the operation treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the modified radical mastectomy,the application of high-frequency electric knife can reduce the surgical trauma and ensure the safety of surgical treatment.
