摘要 目的:探究多普勒超声监测胎儿主肺动脉流速曲线对早发型重度子痫前期的评估价值。方法:将采用多普勒超声监测胎儿主肺动脉流速曲线进行评估早发型重度子痫前期胎儿85例,根据新生儿结局分为A组(呼吸窘迫综合症)和B组(非呼吸窘迫综合征),另选取超声检查且孕周与两组匹配的孕妇85例作为对照组。对比三组各多普勒参数值。结果:A组平均分娩孕周及新生儿出生体重均低于B组(P<0.05)。A组胎儿多普勒超声参数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。B组胎儿多普勒超声参数与对照组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:多普勒超声监测早发型重度子痫前期胎儿肺动脉流速曲线能够有效评估其胎肺成熟度。 Objective:To explore the value of Doppler ultrasound monitoring fetal main pulmonary artery velocity curve in early-onset severe preeclampsia.Methods:85 fetuses with early-onset severe preeclampsia were evaluated by Doppler ultrasound monitoring fetal main pulmonary artery velocity curve.According to the neonatal outcomes,they were divided into group A(respiratory distress syndrome)and group B(non respiratory distress syndrome),and 85 pregnant women with matched gestational weeks were selected as control group.The Doppler parameters of the three groups were compared.Results:The average gestational weeks and birth weight of newborns in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Fetal Doppler ultrasound parameters in group A were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Doppler ultrasound parameters between group B and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Doppler ultrasound monitoring fetal pulmonary artery velocity curve can effectively evaluate the fetal lung maturity.
