快速血糖仪及常规生化仪的血糖临床检验的效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Rapid Glycemia Meter and Conventional Biochemical Meter

目的:探究快速血糖仪与常规生化仪的血糖临床检验效果。方法:在2018年12月~2019年12月时间段中,选取本院收治的50例需要血糖检测的患者作为本次研究的实验组,给予快速血糖仪检测;同期选取50例需要血糖检测的患者作为本次研究的对照组,给予常规生化仪检测;对比两组检测结果。结果:实验组与对照组空腹血糖检验与餐后2h血糖检验结果无明显差异,P>0.05。实验组血糖检验平均时间为(2.6±0.4)min,对照组血糖检验平均时间为(158.3±13.7)min,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在临床血糖检验的时候采用快速血糖仪检测与常规生化仪检测,在检验结果方面相似,但是快速血糖仪检验的时间相对更短,效率更高,操作方便快捷,在临床上的应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of rapid glucose meter and conventional biochemical meter.Methods:During the period from December 2018 to December 2019.50 patients who needed blood glucose testing in our hospital were selected as the experimental group of this study,and were given rapid blood glucose meter testing.During the same period,50 patients who needed blood glucose testing were selected as the control group of this study and were given routine biochemical analyzer testing.Two groups of test results were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose test and the 2h postprandial blood glucose test between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The mean blood glucose test time of the experimental group was(2.6±0.4)minutes,and that of the control group was(158.3±13.7)minutes,with significant and statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical blood glucose test,the rapid blood glucose meter test is similar to the conventional biochemical meter test in terms of test results.However,the rapid blood glucose meter test has a shorter time,higher efficiency,convenient and quick operation,and has a higher clinical application value.
