摘要
目的:探讨核磁共振成像在出血性脑梗死中的诊断价值。方法:选择2018年10月~2019年10月在本院接受治疗的108例出血性脑梗死患者为研究对象,均分为研究组和对照组,两组均为54例。对照组进行CT检查,研究组应用核磁共振成像检查,比较两组的诊断价值。结果:研究组检出率94.44%,相比于对照组均显著更高(P<0.05);诊断特异性85.19%、准确性98.15%、敏感性96.30%,相比于对照组均显著更优(P<0.05);患者病灶位置分别为:颞叶20例,占比37.04%;颞顶叶10例,占比18.52%;颞顶枕叶11例,占比20.37%;颞枕叶8例,占比14.81%;小脑半球5例,占比9.26%。结论:核磁共振成像在出血性脑梗死的诊断价值显著,有利于提高检出率,降低误诊和漏诊率,可为疾病的早期诊断和及时治疗提供良好的参考依据。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of MRI for hemorrhagic cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 108 patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction who were treated in the Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled as the research objects.They were divided into a study group and a control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group underwent CT examination,and the study group was given magnetic resonance imaging examination.The diagnostic value in the two groups was compared.Results:The detection rate in the study group was 94.44%,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The diagnostic specificity,accuracy and sensitivity in the study group were 85.19%,98.15%and 96.30%,respectively,all shown to be significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The number of lesions were:20 cases in temporal lobe,accounting for 37.04%,10 cases in temporal parietal lobe,accounting for 18.52%,11 cases in temporal parietal occipital lobe,accounting for 20.37%,8 cases in temporal occipital lobe,accounting for 14.81%,and 5 cases in cerebellar hemisphere,accounting for 9.26%.Conclusion:MRI is with significant value in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction,which can help increase the detection rate,reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,thus providing guidance for its early diagnosis and timely treatment.
