振动排痰机在脑出血患者并发坠积性肺炎后的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察振动排痰机在脑出血患者并发坠积性肺炎后的应用效果。方法:病例纳入时间范围为2018年1月~2019年12月,均为因脑出血并发坠积性肺炎到本院接受治疗患者,共计60例,常规治疗(对照组)、常规治疗+振动排痰机治疗(观察组)均为30例,比较两组患者排痰量、SPO2指标、住院时间以及总有效率。结果:两组患者排痰量比较观察组多于对照组,且观察组SPO2指标高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:振动排痰机在脑出血并发坠积性肺炎患者中的应用,排痰作用显著,有利于患者血气指标改善。 Objective:To observe the effect of vibrating sputum extractor in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage complicated with pendant pneumonia.Methods:Cases into time range is from January 2018 to December 2019,are due to cerebral hemorrhage complicated with hypostatic pneumonia in our hospital treated patients,a total of 60 cases,conventional treatment(control group)and routine treatment+the vibration row phlegm machine(observation group)were 30 cases,compared two groups of patients with sputum volume,SPO2 indexes,length of hospital stay and the total effective rate.Results:The sputum output of the two groups was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the SPO2 index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,higher than that of the control group(70.0%,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of vibratory sputum extractor in patients with intracranial hemorrhage complicated with pendant pneumonia shows that the sputum extractor has a significant effect on the improvement of blood gas index in patients and can be popularized.
