全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪检测血糖的临床效果比较

目的:探讨全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪在血糖检测中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2018年2月~2019年7月收治的97例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,在血糖检测中,分别应用全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪,对比两组检测结果。结果:治疗前,全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)检测结果对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪的FBG、2hPBG检测结果对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在血糖检测中,全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪均有着良好的应用效果,可以准确测定血糖水平,真实反映出受检者血糖水平变化,便于血糖监测与管理工作的顺利开展。

Objective:To explore the application effect of automatic biochemical analyzer and fast blood glucose meter in blood glucose detection.Methods:Select 97 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to July 2019 as the research objects.In blood glucose testing,automatic biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose meter were used to compare the test results of the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the results of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2hPBG)between the automatic biochemical analyzer and the rapid blood glucose meter(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the FBG,2hPBG detection results between the automatic biochemical analyzer and the rapid blood glucose meter(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the blood glucose detection,the automatic biochemical analyzer and fast blood glucose meter both have good application effects,can accurately measure the blood glucose level,truly reflect the changes in the blood glucose level of the subject,and facilitate the smooth development of blood glucose monitoring and management.
