目的:分析在医疗设备的维修管理过程中出现的问题和相关解决方案。方法:通过分析本院医疗设备维修管理中出现的问题,并按照本院具体情况采用针对性的解决方法。结果:本院医疗设备维修管理存在医疗设备种类过多,维修工作无法落实、医疗设备维修管理者整体素质低、医疗设备维修档案管理制度不够完善、医疗设备维修管理制度不够科学的问题。结论:医院要真正意识到在医疗设备维修管理上存在的不足,积极主动学习先进的管理方法,提升管理能力,促使更好开展医护工作和医疗设备在临床更好应用。

Objective:To analyze the problems and solutions in medical equipment maintenance management.Methods:The maintenance management of medical equipment in our hospital was studied,and the problems were found,and targeted solutions were adopted according to the specific circumstances of our hospital.Results:In our hospital’s medical equipment maintenance management,there are problems such as too many types of medical equipment,maintenance work cannot be implemented,the overall quality of maintenance managers is low,the management system of medical equipment maintenance files is not complete,and scientific issues.Conclusion:Hospitals should truly realize their shortcomings in medical equipment maintenance management,actively learn advanced medical equipment maintenance management methods,improve medical equipment management capabilities,and promote better healthcare and medical equipment for better clinical application.
